The Friends of Fareham Community Hospital provide support to the Fareham Community Hospital and help to link it with the community which it serves. We provide guidance to users on entering the hospital, operate dementia friendly memory clubs, raise funds for transport, equipment and materials which are outwith the budget of the NHS; encourage local organisations and businesses to support the Hospital where appropriate, and raise awareness of the services available at the hospital.
